By using DozerLink, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The Service

DozerLink provides a marketplace platform for buying, selling, and renting heavy machinery. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers — we facilitate connections and provide tools to make transactions safer and more efficient.

Listings

• You must own or have authority to sell any machinery you list
• All listing information must be accurate and not misleading
• DozerLink reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms
• Listing fees and subscription terms are shown at time of purchase and may change with notice

Prohibited Content

You may not list: stolen equipment, machinery with falsified specifications, counterfeit parts, or anything illegal in the seller's or buyer's jurisdiction.

Fees and Payments

Fees for featured listings, subscriptions, and auction commissions are shown before purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Stripe processes all payments securely.

Auctions

Bids on DozerLink auctions are binding. Winning bidders are obligated to complete the purchase. Sellers must complete the sale to the winning bidder unless a stated reserve price was not met.

Limitation of Liability

DozerLink is not liable for the condition, quality, or legality of listed machinery. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listing information provided by sellers. Any disputes between buyers and sellers are the responsibility of those parties.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
